ABOUT CE2

Cyber and Engineering Excellence (CE2) is a Certified Historically Underutilized Business Zone (HUBZone), Woman Owned Joint Venture formed under the SBA’s All Small Mentor Protégé Program (ASMPP) with ICCAP LLC as the protégé and Cole Engineering Services Inc. (CESI) as the mentor. The JV specializes in the delivery areas of cyber, software development, system integration and systems engineering support.

 

CE2 is led by IC-CAP LLC, founded in 2014, is a successful contractor performing at Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA), National Geospatial Intelligence Agency (NGA), and DOD CIO. Recognized by its primes for its service and sound business practices, IC-CAP performs software development, systems engineering, intelligence analysis, and infrastructure support.

Cole Engineering Services, Inc. (CESI) – an employee-owned business formed in 2004 – is recognized as a dominate force in software development and the Post Deployment Software Services (PDSS) market. CESI possesses exceptional technical expertise in software development, systems engineering, Cyber/information assurance solutions and Live, Virtual, Constructive (LVC) architectural and engineering services. CESI also supports modeling, simulation, and training (MS&T) and information technology (IT) system fielding, exercise planning, system operation, and maintenance. CESI has program management processes (CMMI, EVMS, QA, ISO) in place to ensure program success, promoting low risk performance, and program milestone achievement. CESI successfully utilizes Agile Methodologies, CICD technologies, and automation for many of their projects.
