PROGRAM MANAGEMENT As a prime of large contracts CE2’s mentor, CESI, has developed and implemented strong PMOs that understand how to manage and control a variety of projects and subcontractors. This allows us to leverage our extensive knowledge, mature processes and provide a large pool of highly qualified personnel who can respond quickly to changing demands
CYBER SERVICES CE2 Cybersecurity teams have designed, implemented, achieved RMF ATOs, and maintain effective security postures for a wide-range of architectures across several branches of the DoD. CE2 excels in designing and implementing customized technical solutions which increase the effective security posture of programs while reducing the operational overhead inherent with implementing RMF Policies and Procedures.
AGILE SOFTWARE DEVELOPMENT CE2 uses Agile development processes across our programs. We provide a modified tailored CMMI ML 3 Agile process that integrates traditional project milestones and reviews (PDR, SRR, ITR, CDR, TRR, etc), with the customer understanding that periodic deliveries of requirements will be snapshots rather than all-encompassing. SYSTEMS ENGINEERING CE2 provides an integrated team of diverse technical expertise in engineering and science with experience in requirements analysis, system design and/or integration, and testing and modification for new and existing systems.
TEST AND EVALUATION CE2 delivers streamlined testing processes and workflows from automated, continuous DevOps integration, build and test environments through system integration and test, and formal test activities. We have automated testing using a DevOps and CI/CD approach to perform testing before doing manual testing and also before releasing new baselines.
ANALYTICS CE2 leverages our system engineers, developers, data scientists, and analysts to develop analytics that provide new and innovative ways to discover and view data to improve intelligence analysis.
DATA SCIENCE CE2 provides data science capabilities to manage the vast amount of data needs across the four dimensions of volume, variety, velocity and veracity.
